Company Information
Australian Biodiesel Group Limited

Australian Biodiesel Group Limited is the Australia’s most experienced biodiesel producer and a provider of biodiesel plant design and operational services to project developers. Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: ABJ), the company operates the nation’s largest capacity biodiesel production facility at Narangba, near Brisbane, Queensland.

The Narangba manufacturing facility is based on Australian Biodiesel Group Limited’s own Modular Continuous Transesterification Process (MCTP). Development of the process commenced in 2003 at the company’s Berkeley Vale, New South Wales, test-bed facility.

During 2006, Australian Biodiesel Group Limited constructed and commissioned the 160 million litre per annum capacity plant at Narangba. The plant now forms the core of Australian Biodiesel Group Limited’s Australian operations.

To date, more than 200 million litres of diesel, blended with over 30 million litres of ABG biodiesel, has been sold by fuel blenders to commercial, retail and government users in eastern Australia.

Australian Biodiesel Group Limited is working with project developers in North America and Asia to assess and progress a number of potential new project opportunities, based on the Australian Biodiesel Group Limited plant design.
